2. Consciously forgive the frustrations others cause you. Yes, some pain needs more time to heal than others. Start with small stuff. Think of 3 things that happened in the last 24 hours that you can forgive right now. Are your expectations of others what is harboring negativity? That person with more than 10 items in the express lane at checkout; the neighbor with their music up too loud last night. No more trivial grudges! Or perhaps your new nails went unnoticed, or your children didn’t appreciate the new recipe you decided to try. Don’t let these experiences discourage you from taking risks!
